If you want to know more about an item up for auction, or have other questions relating directly to a specific auction (and/or its items) then you will need to contact the respective auctioneer directly.
To contact the auctioneer, navigate to the specific auction or item you’re interested in and either click on the "Ask Auctioneer a Question" link, or alternatively click on the "About Auctioneer" link to view that specific auctioneer’s contact details (phone, etc).
The live bidder network provides the technology to have auctions online, we do not deal with the items themselves. All auction items and specific auction details are handled by the respective auctioneers themselves.

On the auction marketplace and partner websites which list online auctions using our technology a link in the main menu should be available to access online technical support documents if you need them.
